Poultry Excellence in China: Improving Food Safety in Poultry Supply Chains

This speech briefly introduced the project "Poultry Excellence in China: improving food safety in poultry supply chains". The current state of the poultry industry and the unique challenges in poultry food safety in China were reviewed. Some key issues that affect food safety in poultry supply chains, including date collection and analysis, biosensing methods for in-field detection, risk assessment and supply chain management, were clarified.
